Returns

1. Eligibility:
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition, including all parts and packaging.

  • The product must not be assembled or operated.

2. Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable:

  • Used or assembled equipment

  • Gasoline-powered equipment that has been fueled

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Gift cards

3. Return Process:
To request a return, please contact our customer support team at support@mcintyrelawnmower.com. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and authorization.

4. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective on arrival). In such cases, we will issue a prepaid return label.


Refunds

1. Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. We will confirm the approval or denial of your refund based on the item condition.

2. Approved Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to reflect in your account.

3. Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary

4. Exchanges or Damaged Products:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need another item, please return the original and place a new order.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with:

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • Your order number
